Represents municipal and private clients in a variety of areas including land use, contract disputes, real property matters and civil litigation including appeals. Advise municipalities on wide-ranging legal issues including litigation, contracts, zoning, regulatory compliance, code enforcement, civil service, and procurement.
- Village Attorney for the Village of Florida advising the Village’s Board of Trustees, Planning Board and Comprehensive Plan Committee and serving as local prosecutor. (2018-present)
- Village Attorney for the Village of Hillburn advising the Village Board, Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals and serving as local prosecutor (2013-2018). Advised the Village of Hillburn Comprehensive Plan Committee in its effort to develop a comprehensive plan and village wide zoning amendment. (2016-2020)
- Counsel to the Village of Monroe Planning Board and local prosecutor for building and zoning code enforcement matters. (2019-present)
- Counsel to the Village of Washingtonville Zoning Board of Appeals and special counsel for code enforcement matters. (2021-2023)
Represents private clients in transactional and litigation matters including real estate transactions, residential and commercial lending, and landlord-tenant matters. Serves on the Part 36 Fiduciary list as a Court appointed guardian/guardian ad litem, court evaluator, attorney for alleged incapacitated persons assisting those with disabilities or alleged to have disabilities.
